Hampshire & Thames Valley Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) Update

Changes have come into place as of the 1st of November and we no longer book have access to book any patient transport. You, your relatives or carer can access the service via the link below to manage the booking process from end to end. For FIRST TIME USERS, you will need to create your record via telephone 0300 123 9833. To set your account up, they will need your NHS number & date of birth. You can book up to 20 days in advance but no later than 2 working days before your appointment date
