You may get help sooner if you use the services below. You do not need to see a GP first.

Solent Mind

You can refer yourself to PositiveMinds if you are over the age of 18 and are experiencing low mood, stress or a mild to moderate mental health condition such as depression or anxiety.

This service is free for all patients registered at our surgery.

Depending on your condition you may be able to self-refer yourself for an appointment with a specialist

Solent NHS Trust Physiotherapy Service

The easiest and quickest way to access Physiotherapy in, Portsmouth is to self-refer. To self-refer to Physiotherapy you must: Be aged 16 or over Be registered with a Portsmouth, Southampton or Eastleigh Southern Parish surgery Have a musculoskeletal (MSK) pain/condition.

This service is free of charge to all patients registered at the practice.

Solent NHS Trust Sexual Health Service

Solent NHS Trust Sexual Health Service provides Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Genito-Urinary Medicine (GUM) services across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Our service is available via a single point of access number, contactable 8am to 8pm 7 days a week on 0300 300 2016.

This service is free to all patients who are registered with the practice.
