2025 Theme:
Optimising Employee Wellbeing through Strategic Stress Management

International Stress Awareness Week will exemplify our 2025 theme: a workplace culture that prioritises growth, support, recognition, and psychological safety is not just advantageous—it’s essential. By actively fostering and sustaining such a culture, organisations empower individuals to succeed while reaping the benefits of a healthier, more productive workforce, creating a win-win for employees and the organisation alike.

Strong Media Interest

International Stress Awareness Week and Stress Awareness Day, which is held on Wednesday 5 November at the centre of the week, always attract strong media interest. Coverage includes features in newspapers and magazines, on online news sites, in newsletters, in specialist forums and in professional groups, both in the UK and internationally.

International Stress Awareness Week and Stress Awareness Day trend worldwide on social media, with exposure on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.
