International Stress Awareness Day – 6th November

The highlight of stress awareness week will be Stress Awareness Day on Wednesday 6th November, when our fifth Global Online Stress & Wellbeing Summit will be held. The Summit features five sessions with expert speakers and, as the highpoint of the day, the winners of our inaugural Stress Management Awards will also be announced. Raising Awareness of Stress Around the World for 50 Years ISMA's goals are to raise global awareness of stress and improve its management in the workplace and in our personal lives. Celebrating our 50th year in 2024, our theme, Campaigning to Reduce Stress and Improve Wellbeing, reflects these commitments.

Global Online Stress & Wellbeing Summit

The fifth Global Online Stress & Wellbeing Summit will take centre stage on Stress Awareness Day, Wednesday 6 November. The all-day programme will feature renowned experts who will lead insightful discussions on topical subjects, from championing health, safety and wellbeing in organisations to minimising stress in a world increasingly dominated by technological advancements.
