Star of the Quarter – Celebrating Our Team
We are pleased to launch a new initiative at the surgery: Star of the Quarter. This programme has been introduced to recognise staff members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, teamwork, and contribution to the practice.
Our first Star of the Quarter is Tilly, our Digital and Transformation Support Officer.Tilly has made an excellent start in her new role, providing valuable support to colleagues and helping strengthen our digital processes. Her commitment to assisting others and improving patient services has been widely appreciated across the team.
