We are delighted to invite you to our Women’s Health Coffee Morning, taking place on Saturday 31st January 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Uni-City Medical Centre.
This relaxed and welcoming morning is designed to create a safe space for women to come together, enjoy a cup of coffee, and learn more about important aspects of women’s health. Our healthcare team will be hosting informal talks and discussions covering key topics including:
- Cervical screening – why it matters and what to expect
- Breast awareness – understanding the signs and knowing your body
- Menopause – symptoms, support, and managing changes
