👨‍⚕️ International Men’s Day 2025

Supporting Men’s Health and Wellbeing
19 November 2025
International Men’s Day is an annual event that celebrates the positive value men bring to families, workplaces, and communities. It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness of men’s health, promote gender equality, and encourage conversations about wellbeing and support.
This year, the theme focuses on men’s health and wellbeing — for mind and body.

Why International Men’s Day matters
Across the UK, men face unique challenges when it comes to health and wellbeing.Men are often less likely to seek help, whether for physical illness or mental health concerns, and this can have a serious impact on their lives and families.
International Men’s Day encourages everyone to:

  • Talk openly about health and mental wellbeing
  • Challenge stigma and stereotypes
  • Support men to seek help when they need it
  • Celebrate positive male role models

By raising awareness, we can help men live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.
